Like so many momprenuers that I've featured over the years, Oh Sew Cute Designs happened by accident.

Amanda Warnke, a mom Raleigh mom of three, took up sewing while on bed rest with twins a decade ago. She'd create adorable burp clothes, bibs and other items for her boys. Before she knew it, the former teacher had an Etsy shop and a business.

"I like making and creating and being creative," Warnke told me when I featured her in October. "This does make me happy."
Oh Sew Cute Designs is a featured business in our 2015 Made by Mom Gift Guide presented by Midwifery at Women's Health Alliance.

It's been a busy holiday season already for Warnke, with multiple holiday markets, including one in Columbia, S.C., this week. She is at work filling holiday orders for appliqued onesies; handmade pacifier clips; and car seat strap covers and handle arm pads. Warnke also offers handmade pants and skirts, designed to match those T-shirts and onesies. Sizes go up to size 5 in pants and size 6 in shirts for boys. For girls, she goes to a size 9.

You can see it all on Warnke's website, Oh Sew Cute Designs.
