Just an fyi on the $1.67 boneless chicken breast. I just open one of the bags and discovered that instead of whole chicken breast I have about 40 extremely small pieces of chicken(smaller than tenderlions). Looks like misleading advertising on their add.

Wondering if the P&G issue was resolved?
there is a note to this on their corporate homepage, but when clicking the Learn More tab, there is not information about this on their Promotions and Giveaways page.

It would be nice if they offered up a gift card, but I'd have long since been departed from this world if I'd held my breath waiting on one from them! Maybe you'll have better luck than I.

reginawilkerson2001 - thanks for the update. Let us when what they say when you hear back from them. They may even offer you an extra gift card for the inconvenience - which would be a nice gesture on their part.

Ok, someone from Lowes Foods just called me at 4pm and there still has been no resolution actually she said the store manager has not even returned called. I think the problem has come from me possibly being the first person that tried the promo and it just didn't work and now they have maybe fixed it. I am not one to complain out in the open about things like this but If this happened at HarrisTeeter they would have taken care of it right on the spot. I am so disappointed in Lowes Foods.

reginawilkerson2001 - As long as you bought the participating items in the ad and still paid over $30 after coupons, the manager was wrong and the promo is either not working in their system or the coupon machine was not working. Did you call the customer service # on your card and actually speak with someone? If not, call back to talk with somebody and see if they can help you. Very unfortunate to hear it did not work per the details in the ad. If your total was less than $30 after coupons, that could be the issue. The mail in rebate specifically states that the $30 total has to be after coupons are redeemed, but I did not see that wording in the LF ad so normally the total minimum purchase would be before coupons were scanned.

This type of problem & lack of a decent response are why some of us don't much bother with Lowe's--either at all, or rarely.

I went in this morning to do the Lowes Foods P&G Promo and my total was 36.48 but I did not receive my $10.00 off next order. The manager said that it was because I used coupons. I called customer service 2 hrs ago and have not heard back. Can anyone tell me if they try and what their outcome is? The sales add even listed the coupons from the P&G to use on each item and does not say anything about total needs to be 30.00 after coupons :(
