Faye, the two SavingStar hyperlinks that you included in the “Bonus Gas Rewards” section are wrong. Both the Yoplait Greek Yogurt SavingStar coupon link that you listed and the Progresso Classic Soups SavingStar coupon link that you listed connect to Angel Soft’s Facebook page instead of SavingStar’s website. :-)

PennyPincher- at mine, they have a no exception rule... but so glad they let you use it! :-)

I dislike when policies vary by store :( This was the Clayton one off Hwy 70, and my cashier was the same lady that wanted me to shop the section a few months ago. RFB I had the same experience w/ the Perdue coupon, but they did take the coupon anyway b/c it scanned a certain code error.

  • Dstned2BMe Oct 9, 2013

PennyPincher I think it depends on which Lowe's you shop at. I bought 2 Kraft salad dressings from the clearance and had no problems using a $1/2 coupon. They just made sure I bought the correct items and entered the coupon.

That's interesting. On the fence with LW lately as... if a printed coupon won't scan they won't accept it. I understand the policy, but it is very frustrating when you spend time and money printing/researching and it's so hit and miss. This has happened to me several times when I made a special trip (even on perdue chicken straight printed off their website)... oh well, at least they still double :-)

I did not know this so I decided to pass this along...Lowes foods does not take coupons on their marked down items. During the last SD event an employee actually wanted me to look at the clearance stuff and she told me I can use coupons with it. Yesterday I went and they had Robitussin marked down $3.50 so I used $3/1, thats when I was informed of the new policy (I was lucky enough that they allowed me this time) but just so everyone knows :)
