Posted June 19, 2013

Lowes Foods has good deals this week on snap beans, Steamfresh veggies, Coke and more! There is also a new Bonus Gas Rewards promotion and a General Mills free milk promotion!

These deals are valid 6/19 - 6/25.

Lowes Coupon Policy Basics:

Doubles coupons .99 or less everyday

Doubles up to 20 coupons per day

Doubles up to 4 identical coupons (must have required product to go with each coupon)

BOGO sales ring up at half price. If you just buy one, it still rings up at half price and you can still use a coupon on it! I love that policy!

Reminder: You can now add digital coupons to your Lowes Foods Reward card by going to Lowesfoods.com. These coupons will not double.

The official Lowes Foods Coupon Policy can be found on their website HERE. Scroll down to see the policy once you get to their website.

General Mills Free Milk Promotion: Buy any 6 participating General Mills items and get a FREE gallon of Lowes Foods milk instantly. AirBorne Daddy re email coupons: You need to register your grocery store keycards at each grocery store's respective website, so you can load digital coupons if you want them. Most grocery stores will not let you use a digital coupon and a paper coupon together on the same item. However, HT does allow this, but may stop it soon. If you want to print internet coupons instead of clipping them out of the newspaper inserts, you can go to all the general websites like coupons.com or others that Faye mentions in her notes in the search box above or on her main page. Keep in mind that some stores will not accept more than two internet printed coupons in an order.

I am new to this, and wanted to know if I need to sign up to get coupons through email. Thanks for any input/recommendations. All about saving money on groceries when you have 5 mouths to feed.

My email said Rice Krispies are in the 10 for 10 sale for 18oz box. If this is true they will be a great deal with all the coupons out there.

As much as I dislike Lowe's I believe I will be doing some shopping here this week. The beef patties are 0.77 a lb cheaper then the sale at HT this week and their Argentina XLarge Shrimp is B1G1 which I believe works out to $5 a lb, plus their Bull's Eye is on sale and HT doesn't sell that (and it is the kind my oldest prefers).
