Updated March 13, 2013

Lowes Foods has a number of St. Patrick’s Day sales including corned beef, cabbage, potatoes and more! You’ll also find a new set of Bonus Gas Rewards.

Don't forget that there was a new Lowes Foods coupon book in some mailboxes last week. If you were lucky enough to get one (since it seems the stores do not have them), then you can see the coupon match-ups at the link in the box above.

Please share any other good deals you find!

These deals are valid 3/13 - 3/19.

Lowes Coupon Policy Basics:

Doubles coupons .99 or less everyday

Doubles up to 20 coupons per day

Doubles up to 4 identical coupons (must have required product to go with each coupon)

BOGO sales ring up at half price. If you just buy one, it still rings up at half price and you can still use a coupon on it! I love that policy!

Reminder: You can now add digital coupons to your Lowes Foods Reward card by going to Lowesfoods.com. These coupons will not double.

The official Lowes Foods Coupon Policy can be found on their website HERE. Scroll down to see the policy once you get to their website.

Thanks all! I always look for Dr. Pepper in the Coke section that is whay I thought it was Coke product. Interesting find on the distribution, Faye. I was thinking that if I could use the coupon I would pair it up with Mtn. Dew (which is a Pepsi) product as my husband lives on Mtn. Dew. I try to keep my buy price for sodas at .99 or less. I've actually got my hubby watching for good buys and we try to stock up when we can. If it is a store we don't typically shop we take the ad to Walmart and price match. He's usually well stocked!

Faye-could nanny get the coke deal and combine her DP q's with the $2/$10 soda Q from FL that was emailed this wk? (I'm assuming she got the FL Q).

Nanny, Dr Pepper is distributed by Coke in NC so it is usually included in their sales (for instance the 12 pack sale at CVS this week).

And, Nanny, I wasn't suggesting you use the Dr Pepper coupons on the Pepsi - I was thinking that Dr Pepper was a Pepsi product and also on sale making it a good deal with the Dr Pepper coupons. As I am sure you know, you can only use a coupon for the product specified on the coupon. Sorry about the confusion.

One of the issues with doing the ad match-ups early, it that the Express Lane prices are not updated yet. So although I have the ad in front of me, I can't always confirm the prices of all the varieties. Thanks again for the help!

Not sure why I was thinking Dr Pepper was a Pepsi product (clearly I don't drink it) but I took it off the list. It's on sale for $1.79 but that's not a great deal. You can do better waiting for a $1 sale with the coupon. Thanks for catching that, Nanny!

I looked it up and Dr pepper is neither a Coke or Pepsi product. It's apparently Cadbury Schweppes but is distributed by both Coke and Pepsi throughout the country because of their limited distribution network. Interesting.

    Nanny-No they won't.

Is anyone else having trouble getting emails from Lowes Food? This is the second week I've not gotten their weekly ads on Wednesday morning and I did not get the weekend specials for this past weekend. I email them and have not heard back. I'm going to dig further.

    Faye,

I read an article last week saying that Hess was getting out of the gas station business. Could you check w/ your Lowes Foods connections and see if they plan on partnering with another company for the gas bonus? Thanks!

  • Nanny113 Mar 13, 9:35 a.m.

Faye - Will the Dr. Pepper coupons work on the Pepsi products. Dr. Pepper is a Coke product - I think.
