Posted October 2, 2012

Lowes Foods has some very good produce deals this week as well as good buys on Multi-Grain Cheerios (35 cents per box!), Cocoa Puffs, Dole Fruit Smoothies and more! The 3-week coupons are also still valid, there is a new P&G pink cookware promo and some new bonus fuel rewards. These deals are good 10/3 through 10/9.

Lowes Coupon Policy Basics:

Doubles coupons .99 or less everyday

Doubles up to 20 coupons per day

Doubles up to 4 identical coupons (must have required product to go with each coupon)

BOGO sales ring up at half price. If you just buy one, it still rings up at half price and you can still use a coupon on it! I love that policy!

Reminder: You can now add digital coupons to your Lowes Foods Reward card by going to Lowesfoods.com. These coupons will not double.

The official Lowes Foods Coupon Policy can be found on their website HERE. Scroll down to see the policy once you get to their website.

Double Gas Rewards: From 10/3 through the end of the year, Lowes Foods is offering double gas rewards at Lowes Foods fuel centers and Wilco Hess gas stations. Save 10 cents per gallon for every $100 spent in-store with your Fresh Rewards Card.

Proctor & Gamble Pink Cookware Promotion is back: Purchase $30 of P&G products in one transaction and receive a pink cookware set from Good Cook’s Hope Line by mail. Offer valid 10/3 through 10/9. See ad for details. There are a number of coupons that match with the sales from the P&G insert last Sunday.

In-ad Store Coupons: The store coupons in the ad last week are still valid through October 16. You can couple these store coupons with manufacturer coupons for the same products. You can also use the same store coupon during the whole 3-week period. Just ask the cashier to give it back to you once he/she has scanned it.

At my Lowe's in Clayton, the Dole Fruit Smoothies shakers are ringing up at $2.29, so not free. I showed the manager Faye's list and he refunded my money. The tag on the shelf was $2.29. I told them that Faye got her prices from Lowe's to go on the computer. I asked if they would check their computer but he just said to give it to me. You may want to watch your receipt before you leave the store.

I was pleased to see that the Lowes Foods in Cary on Tryon and Cary Parkway had a good stock of the Multi-grain Cheerios, Betty Crocker cookie mix pouches (money maker with .60 printable and store coupon) and Yoplait yogurt with granola.

My total before sales and coupons (including roma tomatoes) was $28.35 and I paid nothing! My balance after coupons was $2.58 and I used a Visa gift card from a Verizon phone rebate so I paid zero at the register! Thanks Lowes Foods!

lol @ katie1horton. That's exactly what we're still debating on the other thread... "share the deals, questions, etc"

Is the P&G deal before SALES AND COUPONS or just before COUPONS?

  • pss3 Oct 3, 2012

I just did the P&G cookware deal at the Lowes Foods on hwy 50 outside of the 40/42 area. It is figured on sale prices BEFORE coupons. I bought 4 cascade action pacs and 4 head and shoulders shampoos. I used 4 $1/1 Cascade and 4 $2/1 Head and Shoulders from the 9/30 P&G insert. My OOP was $25.49 and the redemption form printed with my receipt. The date on the redemption form says it has to be post marked by 10/16 and received by 10/30 so this is different than last year's event (I think we had a six week period to earn the form and another 2-3 weeks to mail them in?).

That might be the case for the whole program but you would be only able to use items purchased at Lowe's for this week. So there could be a chance that other stores are doing it a different week, like maybe HT next week. http://www.pgearlydetection.com

Actually the 'free' cookware displays were up yesterday and on the card you feel out to send in the promotion runs from the middle of September until the first part of November.
