The Wade Edwards Learning Lab, which is a fantastic resource for middle school and high school students in the area, has a slate of affordable summer programs for teens.
Kids who have completed sixth grade and not yet graduated from high school are eligible to attend. The lab, which is near downtown Raleigh across from Broughton High School, will have five weeks of academic and enrichment programs this summer.
Topics include improv, community service, math, fitness and food, and STEM subjects. Most sessions are just $35.
More information about the program, the topics and registration are on WELL's website.
