Liver Mush - It's as southern as collard greens

There are foods that are distinctly southern - grits, collard greens, black-eyed peas and liver mush. Yes, liver mush.

    Great on those things you eat with stew and soup! I cannot believe that this word is now on the pc no-no list. I like Zesta and Nabisco brands best.
