Listen to Your Mother, the Raleigh edition, is now planning its third annual live show, featuring local writers and their thoughts on moms and motherhood.
The deadline is Jan. 31 to submit your piece to the show's organizers, who are local moms and writers. Writers who are selected will read their pieces to a live audience in May. In the last two years, the show has featured short pieces about many of the trials, tribulations and joys of motherhood. These are fun events to be a part of and to attend. (Great Girls Night Out activity)!
The show is set for May 7 and May 8 at William Peace University. It is part of a national series of live shows. Listen to Your Mother's website has all of the details about submissions and the show. Tickets aren't on sale yet, but they will likely sell out once they do.
