Listen to Your Mother extends submission date

Just a quick note to share that the local Listen to Your Mother show has extended the submission date to Feb. 23.

The show featuring local writers doing live readings of their pieces about motherhood is scheduled for May 8 at Kenan Hall on the campus of William Peace University in downtown Raleigh.

Moms, dads and anybody else with thoughts on motherhood are invited to submit a piece. Selected pieces will then be auditioned on March 5 and March 7.
