The People Magazine Twitter account also mentioned Dion and Stirling's Billboard performance.
Billboard’s YouTube channel uploaded a video of an interview with Stirling from the event.
“It’s going to be an emotional number,” Stirling said in the video. “It means a lot to her. The song, for my own reasons, means so much to me. I think the synchronicity of it all, that we’re performing this together, it was meant to be.”
Stirling also mentioned that she will release her third album this summer.
The audio of the live performance and Dion’s acceptance speech as she received the ICON Award was uploaded to The Celine Dion Podcast YouTube channel.
Dion's 15-year-old son presented the award, and her speech included a tribute to her late husband. Dion also mentioned Stirling in her speech.
