Excitement and emotion ran high recently as volunteers from the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center carried 28 sea turtles back to the ocean. "It's a miraculous day," said hospital director Jean Beasley. "Turtles who came to us near death are going back home."
