What is your favorite sports fantasy? Maybe you'd like race at Daytona or hurl touchdown passes in the Metrodome or crack a grandslam in the 10th inning of the final game of the World Series.
As a kid I had many childhood sports fantasies. I actually got to realize one of those fantasies early in my broadcasting career when I played two charity games with NCSU basketball legend David Thompson.
My fantasy today is to take the combined talents of Thompson and Michael Jordan in their prime to the gym one Saturday for a full day of basketball with my friends. Just one day if I could jump as high, shoot as well and play defense like those two incredible athletes my ultimate sports fantasy would be fulfilled.
