100 Days of Fitness - Day 4

Published: 2010-11-11 10:52:00
Updated: 2010-11-11 10:53:20

It’s a straightforward workout today following yesterday’s myriad of exercises crafted by Coach Tara Wind. We’ll do 50 minutes of Tempo Cardio. These are aerobic exercises at a fairly steady pace. Let’s call it a five or six on an exertion scale of one to ten. I think I will combine running, cycling and elliptical machine today for my workout. You might want to swim. That will work just fine.

Coach Wind put me through a rigorous workout yesterday with the focus on strength, core and total body. Tara thinks I am making progress. She asked me about my diet and I told her I was keeping my end of the bargain: only two servings of red, eggs and ham this week. If you’re wondering this recipe features scrambled eggs, cheese and ham stuffed in a sundried tomato tortilla.

I feel better. My mood is up and I am more determined than ever to make this program work. How are you doing with your workouts? Any concerns. Would it be helpful to have video examples of the exercises? Any other thoughts?

100 Days of Fitness will get us through the holidays and beyond. Join us for a healthy journey!
