What are your weekend recommendations? What’s something fun for you and the family to do this weekend?

I’ll start by suggesting something that will be happening in downtown Raleigh tomorrow. You’ll want to check out the first annual Oak City Art Market from 10:00AM to 4:00PM in the Raleigh City Museum. If you’re not familiar with the museum, it is located in the historic Briggs Hardware Building on Fayetteville Street. Jenny Litzelman with the museum stopped by our studios this week for an interview on the market. She brought lots of colorful and interesting art pieces that will be available to shoppers. There is no charge for admission. You could probably take care of a lot of holiday shopping in one spot here.  Plus, you'll also get to meet a lot of interesting artists.
