Today we are playing the "What If" game. It's a game about NC places and people. The whole idea is to have fun. I'll get things started and then you can follow suit. Maybe some of our fine teachers will use this blog to help educate their students.
(1) What if Fuquay-Varina was a coastal town? I'm sure there would be a Fuquay-Varina Marina.
(2) What if Rocky Mount was located near Boone? Then it really would be rocky and mountainous.
(3) What if Lenoir really was in Lenoir County? Would Kinston still be the county seat?
(4) What if Bath was not located on a river? Would it still be called Bath?
