February 28, 2013 :: Running for a cause

Thirteen runners took off Thursday morning from downtown Raleigh, hoping to make it 132 miles to Wilmington in about 27 hours. The relay runners are raising awareness for Wilmington's first Race for the Cure to benefit the Susan G. Komen Foundation, which will be held Saturday. RunRaleigh coordinated Thursday's relay.
