My Midnight

Midnight is the sweetest little dog.
She is very protective over me.
I have had cancer for almost five years now, and I really think she knows it.
She will come by my side when I'm asleep and dare anyone to get near me.
She gets in my lap when I'm resting with out me calling her.
It's like she wants to be near me no matter what, almost like she is afraid I'm going to leave her.
I could not have asked for a better best friend.
I love her so much!
