Hi Folks!
Well, I had a short day at work today and I didn’t even have to take personal time off! Haha! That’s because my Dad took me to this AWESOME park in Wake Forest that, get this, is for DOGS ONLY! How cool is that? I mean, people get to come too, but they have to have a doggy with them. And going to the park is part of my job cause Mom says I need to get socialized with other doggies and I say OK to that whatever that means…I just know I like being around anything that looks, smells and sounds like me! Anyway, it was hot, but I didn’t really care cause I got to get off that leash thing and run like the wind. I ran and ran and ran. Dad says I’m really fast for a young pup and that I’m getting stronger every day. We were the only ones there for a while and then I met a new friend! His person said he is a miniature bulldog and his name is Ramses and he is a lot older than me…gosh, he’s almost three! He’s real nice and we barked and played and ran and when we couldn’t run anymore we just fell down in the grass and rested and then we ran some more. I chased Ramses as hard as I could but doggone it he is faster than me! I hope I get to see my new friend again real soon cause I just know that I’ll be able to catch him one day. So now I’m home lying on the vent thing and dreaming about running free. That, truly, is my favorite thing. Thanks, Dad.
