Beating the Winter Blues

When my humans stopped to get a Double Skinny Vanilla Latte (and a biscuit for me) over the weekend, they also picked up a copy of Dog Living Magazine. Thought you'd enjoy the column, Tips for Beating the Winter Blahs, dahling.

Dear Buffy;

Well, thanks to the humans in our eternal servitute, who are always on the lookout for quick tips for a better life for the dogs that they love. Here are some of the Tips for Beating the Winter Blahs to which Buffy was referring. 

  • Keep your pet active
  • Ensure plenty of fresh air
  • Stimulate with toys and playthings
  • Prevent hydration
  • Eliminate mold, dust and allergens
  • Monitor their happiness quotient
