Raleigh, N.C. — State officials denied Rex Healthcare's plan to build urgent care facilities in Holly Springs and in the Panther Creek area of west Cary Wednesday.
Rex also wanted to put a cancer facility in west Cary, but that was denied as well.
The hospital says it plans to appeal the decision.
