Raleigh, N.C. — Help is a mouse-click away for North Carolina residents seeking advice on healthier living.
The state launched a new Web site called MyEatSmartMoveMore.com that offers tips, strategies, resources and interactive tools to help people get on the right track to maintaining a healthy weight.
Statistics show nearly two-thirds of North Carolinians are at an unhealthy weight.
The Web site also features a body mass index calculator, an “Ask the Expert” section, and a discussion board for users to chat with others across the state.
