Wake County libraries are offering Stories to Go kits for preschoolers and toddlers.
The thematically-based kits include picture books, board books, an educator guide, a music CD, flannel board stories, a puppet or toy, and more. There are a dozen themes, including All About Me, Down on the Farm, Mother Goose, Senses and Weather
You can check the kits out for up to four weeks, but you need to allow one or two weeks for a staff member to contact you about your request. Click here for details.
I've been meaning to write about this for the past month or so, but the blog Notes from a Mom in Chapel Hill beat me to it and checked out the kits. Click here to read what they wrote about it. Thanks Sarah C.!
