Win a 10 class pass to Stroller Strides in the Triangle!

Stroller Strides is for moms and their stroller-riding kids (ages 6 weeks to four years). The workout is designed for all abilities and includes songs and activities to keep it fun for the kids too.

Classes meet on weekdays and, in some cases, Saturdays at parks and malls in the area. Locations are at Lake Johnson Park, North Hills, the N.C. Museum of Art in Raleigh; Crowder Park and Apex Community Park in Apex; Carpenter Village and Cary Towne Center in Cary; and Southern Village in Chapel Hill.
