If you delivered a child and you seem to be leaking a little bit after every sneeze, cough or laugh (you know what I'm talking about ladies), you'll want to listen to what Dr. Aaron Lentz of Duke Urology of Raleigh has to say.

Dr. Lentz's specialties include urinary incontinence, a condition that about a third of women experience after childbirth, he tells me.

He sat down with me to talk about this common issue, what it is and why it happens and how to prevent it from happening and resolve it once it does.

Watch the video to learn more.

Duke Urology of Raleigh is on Wake Forest Road and is part of Duke Medicine, which is Go Ask Mom's sponsor.
