My favorite Zumba instructor, Giannina Scattolin, will be teaching a Monday night class at The Longbranch of Raleigh, 608 Creekside Drive, starting May 2.

Doors open at 7 p.m. and class begins at 7:30 p.m.

Admission is free on May 2. So, if you have never tried Zumba, the Latin-inspired dance-fitness program, this would be a good opportunity to see what it is all about.

There is a $5 cover charge starting the following week. No gym membership required.

I have been doing Zumba since October and it is a great way to burn calories and have fun.

Giannina’s classes at O2 Fitness are always the must fun and energetic. She is a great teacher, easy to follow and she makes classes fun!

Anyone else try Zumba? What did you think?
