We're wrapping up our series on teens today with one more tip from Dr. Lisa Sacco, a licensed psychologist with Orenstein Solutions.

Today she talks about how to enjoy those teen years, because, as she mentioned in previous weeks tips, the teen years aren't always all kittens and rainbows.

Sacco, the mom of two teens herself, recommends parents listen more and talk less; point out the good things teens do; make sure they give them a hug or pat on the back; and don't forget to laugh.

Learn more in the video. See Sacco's other tips in the box above. And find out more about what Orenstein Solutions offers, including counseling, workshops and classes for families, children and adults.

Thank you Lisa for sharing your expertise over the past five weeks!
