Monster Jam trucks to make special free appearances Thursday
Three trucks from the Monster Jam show, which stops at the RBC Center Friday and Saturday, will make some special pit stops in the Triangle on Thursday.

If you're not able to make it to the Monster Jam at the RBC Center or just can't get enough of monster trucks, here's your chance to see some of them for free.
Three of the trucks will make some special pit stops at Advance Auto Parts stores across the Triangle. They are here in the Triangle for the Monster Jam show, which is Friday and Saturday at the RBC Center. These trucks are truly monsters - standing about 12-feet tall and 12-feet wide and sitting atop 66-inch-tall tires.
You'll get an up close view of the trucks and meet their drivers.
Here's what is scheduled (all appearances are subject to change, but this was the plan as of Wednesday afternoon):
- The War Wizard will be at Advance Auto Parts, 3301 Hillsborough Rd., Durham from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday
- Spiderman (the monster truck) will be at Advance Auto Parts, 4500 New Bern Ave., Raleigh, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday
- and Grave Digger will be at Advance Auto Parts, 1500 US Hwy 70 W, Garner, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday.
