Fit4Baby, prenatal fitness class, to start back up in April

Posted — UpdatedJust a quick note to share that Fit4Baby, a prenatal fitness program, will start back up in April.
The program combines strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises. The program is offered by Stroller Strides - Midtown Raleigh, owned by Missy Currin, a former labor and delivery nurse. All fitness levels are welcome.
Classes are 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturdays at the N.C. Museum of Art Park. There are three sessions - from April 2 to May 7, May 14 to June 18 and June 25 to July 30. Classes meet in five-week sessions and cost just $60 per session.
