Valentine's Day has come and gone, but as Susan Orenstein, a licensed doctoral level psychologist with Orenstein Solutions, will tell you, it takes more than just one day a year to keep the romance alive in your relationship with your significant other.

The group will hold a free open house 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. March 24 with psychologist Lisa Sacco, who will help parents of teens understand normal development and how to stay sane and calm.     The #1 gift you can give your children is a good marriage. If you and your spouse take care of each other, the kids will be just fine. And my hubby KNOWS what it means to take care of me: letting me get a nap!
