Valentine's Day has come and gone, but as Susan Orenstein, a licensed doctoral level psychologist with Orenstein Solutions, will tell you, it takes more than just one day a year to keep the romance alive in your relationship with your significant other.
Orenstein, who has been offering relationship tips over the past couple of weeks here on Go Ask Mom, is back with ideas for adding spice to your relationship so you're not just roommates. One tip: Your bedroom needs a door, with a lock.
Watch the video for more. Go to Orenstein Solutions' website for more about the group and what it offers, including counseling for couples, kids, individuals and families and workshops.
The group will hold a free open house 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. March 24 with psychologist Lisa Sacco, who will help parents of teens understand normal development and how to stay sane and calm. Pre-registration is required as space is limited. Call 428-2766, ext.5 to leave your name, email or phone to be registered.
And check back here next Wednesday for more tips from Orenstein.
