Wake magnet schools hold open houses this week

For elementary schools, open houses are scheduled at 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Wednesday. For middle schools, the open houses are at 9 a.m. and noon on Thursday. An open house also is scheduled for Southeast Raleigh High School at 6:30 p.m. Thursday. For what it's worth, I attended a couple of sessions at elementary schools last year and found them very helpful.
