It's February. Valentine's Day is coming up. And perhaps your thoughts are turning to those of love and your husband or significant other ... or at least wondering what you'll get him this year.

I can't help you with what to get. But Susan Orenstein, a licensed doctoral level psychologist, will be here on Go Ask Mom every Wednesday for the next four weeks with some tips on keeping your relationship strong all year long. (Hint: The first tip is probably that you shouldn't be thinking about your relationship only around Valentine's Day).

Orenstein of Orenstein Solutions in Cary and Chapel Hill is the mom of two boys, a tween and a teen. Since 1989, she's helped clients improve their mood, reduce stress, increase their happiness in their relationships and live more joyful, productive lives.
Orenstein founded Orenstein Solutions in 2005. The practice now includes other licensed psychologists who work with kids and adults. Their specialties including postpartum depression, coping with infertility, children's issues, teen adjustment and testing for ADHD and learning disabilities, among other services. The group also offers free workshops and programs to the public, including one on overcoming clutter this Thursday. Check the website for details.

Learn more about Orenstein and her practice in the video. And check back here every Wednesday for more on how to keep the love strong.
