Baby Loves Disco seeks face painters, hair stylists, local businesses for event

Baby Loves Disco at The ArtsCenter in Carrboro is sold out. But organizers are looking for local businesses to help man activitytables at the Nov. 5 event.

Baby Loves Disco at The ArtsCenter in Carrboro is sold out. But organizers are looking for local businesses to help man activity tables at the Nov. 5 event.

Baby Loves Disco is a family dance party featuring a real DJ, spinning real music. The touring dance party is raising money for Alex's Lemonade Stand, a children's cancer charity.

Volunteer businesses would be in charge of a handful of activity tables. They'd have the opportunity to get the word out about their business at the event by handing out brochures, coupons and other promotional materials. Baby Loves Disco also will give them some national exposure through social media.

They are particularly looking for face painters, hair stylists (who can turn kids' hair crazy) and photographers. But if your business caters to moms and kids, it could be the perfect fit for you.
