Halloween is on the 31st, plain and simple. I live in Goldsboro, and I'm tired of this being done every time Halloween comes around on Sunday.

I hope the kiddies rebel and trick or treat on Halloween, when it's meant to be.

In other news, Wayne County will celebrate Christmas on December 27th, New Year's Day on January 5th, and adding "Christmas II: Electric Boogaloo" in August, since that month lacks a holiday.
