Ms. Poly and Ms. Ester of the popular puppet show had to make a last minute cancellation.

Don't go to <a href="http://www.carolinapuppets.com/kazoom/index.php" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Kazoom Puppet Theatre</strong></a> on Wednesday. The popular puppet show for toddlers to early grade-schoolers will be closed Wednesday, I hear.

But Bartlet, Ms. Poly and Ms. Ester wll be back on Thursday. And don't forget to wear your costume if you do attend one of the shows this month.

The shows are typically 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays at ComedyWorx on Peace Street in Raleigh. There also will be a special show this month at 2 p.m. Oct. 27.
