I've found a new reason to love yogurt: Local Yogurt.

The locally owned frozen yogurt shop with locations in north Raleigh, Durham and Greenville sells some amazing frozen yogurt. You'll find a changing line-up of flavors and fresh toppings to put on it.

The plain frozen yogurt, which sounds unusual at first because it's just plain, is this tangy, sweet, creamy concoction that's just out of this world. And best of all it's not so bad for you!

I'll be back. And it might just on a Sunday (or every Sunday), when kids get a free petite cup with topping with a purchase of a medium. High school students also get $1 off with an ID on Tuesday.

Local Yogurt is added to our Kids Eat Free database. I've also added several Golden Corrals in the area (where kids eat for $1.99 on Tuesday night at some, but not all, locations) and others.

So check our list and make your dinner plans.
