Kidzu offers crafts at Chapel Hill free movie series

Kidzu Children's Museum is joining the Locally Grown Outdoor Movie Series by providing some fun crafts before movies in August.

The Locally Grown Downtown Summer Series in Chapel Hill has been featuring movies and concerts all summer.
This month, Chapel Hill's Kidzu Children's Museum will offer some fun crafts before the series' free movie screenings on Thursday and Aug. 19. Pre-show entertainment and activities start at 8 p.m. The movies start at sundown atop the Wallace Parking Deck at 150 E. Rosemary St.

The series will show "Babe" on Thursday. It's "Fantastic Mr. Fox" on Aug. 19.
