Stroller Strides opens with free event at North Hills

Another franchise is opening this week ... this time in midtown Raleigh at North Hills.

So in addition to a free workout for you, there also will be all kinds of big blocks and other things for your kids to play with before or after on North Hills commons, which is that square of "grass" by the movie theater. (And on a related note, Starbucks at North Hills will be giving away free coffee on Mondays and Wednesdays as part of the kids series).

As part of the Stroller Strides grand opening, Missy says she has so much swag that she's not sure if it will all fit in the bags. And she's got some fun giveaways from North Hills merchants. Who doesn't love to hear that?

The workout will take you through North Hills with stops for exercises (or calming a fussy baby) at various points. It's designed for all fitness levels, so if you're not in the best shape, don't worry. You'll make it.
