Star Wars fans ... this one's for you.

Star Wars: In Concert is headed to the RBC Center this July. The massive, multi-media event features music from all six of John Williams' classic Star Wars scores, along with live narration by Anthony Daniels (the actor who portrayed C-3PO in all of the movies), a live symphony orchestra and choir along with footage from the films on a three-story-tall, high definition LED super-screen. The footage runs in sync with the live music.

Along with the concert is an exhibit of Star Wars costumes, props, artifcats, artwork and videos from Lucasfilm Archives. Many of the items are leaving Skywalker Ranch (that would be the place where Star Wars creator George Lucas works) or the first time.

The show will make its way to the RBC Center on July 18. Showtimes are 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. April 16 and range in price from $25 to $65. I'm told this is definitely a family-friendly show with lots of appeal for all those kids out there who love Star Wars.
