In time for Easter: Win free chocolate!

Chocolate Smiles in Cary makes about nine different flavors of Easter eggs.

I've tried the chocolate at Chocolate Smiles in Cary. And I'll just say that I wish I could win this contest.

Sadly, I can't. But you can!

Melanie of Chocolate Smiles has given me three $10 gift certificates for her shop to giveaway. The shop in downtown Cary has a whole bunch of special Easter treats including chocolate bunnies of all kinds ... small ones, sitting ones, bunnies with baskets, bunnies riding in cars and more. There are crosses and lambs. And she has nine different flavors of Easter eggs, such as strawberry, coconut, pina colada and snapper (that would be caramel and pecans).

You may remember reading about Chocolate Smiles last month in Ilina's post about local chocolate makers.

What do you need to do to win? Just answer the following question in the comments by noon March 29. The three winners will be picked from random after noon Monday, March 29, and notified by email. I'll post the winners' names as soon as they are confirmed.

So here's the question: If you win this gift certificate, will you buy candy for yourself or will you actually share it with your kids or family or friends?

And since we're talking about Easter here, don't miss the Go Ask Mom Easter guide where you can find details on lots of egg hunts and Easter Bunny sightings across the Triangle.

Congratulations to Tom and Theressa for each winning the $10 gift certificates ... shej6800 ... are you out there? You have until noon Tuesday to get back to me (email me here).

I used to work at Chocolate Smiles in 1990 when they had a location in Durham. I know that they used only natural ingredients. My daughters, 6 and 9, are on strict diets that eliminate artificial ingredients. So getting Easter goodies that they can have would be such a treat. :)

My husband and I do not have any kids so I would give it to my best friend--my husband. He loves candy and he deserves it for all things that he does for me.

    Share it with my daughters

I would share it with my son and husband. Maybe-------

I would use it to buy Easter treats for my whole family--all of them love some type of chocolate.

I would definitely buy chocolate for my daughter who is as much as a chocolate lover as myself. Although sometimes she wears more chocolate around her mouth than what goes in her mouth.

I would use this to buy Easter treats for my children! It would be an excellent way to add a few goodies to their baskets. With 5 of them to make and hide, it would be a great help :)

I'm a true chocoholic so I would buy some for myself, and also to share with my mom who appreciates a good chocolate almost as much as I do. We even went on a Chocolate Tour together last year when the chocolate exhibit was at the Museum of Natural Sciences!

I would share it with my friends. We're all competing together in 2 weeks and have been on a strict diet for much longer. It would be a great way to celebrate our victories with chocolate bunnies!
