KidsEveryWear started not that long ago in a garage. Now it spreads out across four storefronts at the Morrisville Outlet Mall. Meet the moms who started it all.

Beth Pendola and Gail Walker had spent some long days and nights getting ready for the massive KidsEveryWear sale at the Morrisville Outlet Mall when I spoke with them last week.

The 12-year-old sale, one of the largest in the region, opens March 12 to the public and features the clothes, toys and gear of more than 1,000 consignors. It fills four storefronts at Morrisville Outlet Mall. Like I said ... huge.

There will be a couple of new features this year, including special shopping hours for moms in the military from noon to 9 p.m. on March 8. Be sure to bring your military ID to get in early.

The sale has turned into a big business for Pendola and Walker, along with many of the moms who consign items at the sale. Some even have continued to sell even after their kids have grown, buying clothes and toys at yard sales and thrift stores to sell at KidsEverywear. And it's also a huge fundraiser for local charities. Leftover items are sent to charities across the area.
