Stroller Strides' Raleigh, Cary, Apex and Chapel Hill locations will offer free classes the week of Sept. 24 to Sept. 29 just as it rolls out a new location - the popular Pullen Park in Raleigh.

Stroller Strides offers workout programs for moms of all fitness levels, who get fit while pushing their young children in a stroller. The hour-long class includes power walking and intervals of body toning, using exercise tubing and the stroller.

During the workout, moms interact with their kids through songs and other activities. The program also includes weekly playgroups. Moms with babies six weeks to about 4 (or older if your child will stay in the stroller) are welcome.

Locations include North Hills Mall, the N.C. Museum of Art and Shelley Lake in Raleigh, Southern Village in Chapel Hill, Apex Community Park and Crowder District Park in Apex, and Carpenter Village in Cary. Classes at Pullen Park will take place at 10 a.m. on Fridays.
