Stroller Strides will be offering free classes next week at its Raleigh, Cary, Apex and Chapel Hill locations.
The workout program for moms and their stroller-riding tots is designed for all fitness levels. Participants walk, jog or run while they push their kids in a stroller, taking time out for some strength training and the occasional song or activity with the kids. It's followed by a playgroup for the kids and moms to get to know each other.
The free classes take place at spots across the Triangle from June 25 to June 30.
