Spring Cleaning: Where to begin

We're tackling how to begin getting rid of the clutter in our lives today in our continuing series with professional organizer Geralin Thomas and licensed psychologist Susan Orenstein.

Thomas, who also is seen on the A&E show "Hoarders," and Orenstein (both local moms) began sharing tips with us last week on clearing out the clutter in our minds and homes.

Both Thomas and Orenstein say that if you're not sure where to begin, it's best to start small.

"Something you are really confident that you can succeed in," Orenstein said.

For more tips, watch the video. Thomas is owner of Metropolitan Organizing. Orenstein is founder of Orenstein Solutions, a group private practice providing psychological services for the entire family.
