Help a Mom: Easter egg filler ideas
What do you hide in those plastic Easter eggs? Do you have great candy-free alternatives?
Posted — UpdatedHere's a generic question that I thought I'd ask: What do you stuff your kids' plastic Easter eggs with?
At my house, my kids get some candy, but not a lot. We have stuffed plastic eggs with stickers, raisins, pretzels, Goldfish crackers, Annie's brand bunny crackers, temporary tattoos, and hair bows.
My younger daughter's preschool also suggested individual Lego pieces; coins; socks; Band-aids; sea shells; seeds for planting; and handmade coupons for a special treat (which I think I'll be using this year).
