Loved Twice, a national nonprofit with a local chapter, will hold a community packing party this month.
I featured Christina Kodesh, the local mom who started the Triangle chapter here, last year. The group collects clothes in sizes newborn to 12 months to give to needy moms of newborn babies. New moms get a box of clothes, based on the gender of their child, with about 75 pieces of clothing, along with hats, socks and a small board book.

Kodesh is looking for people to help sort and pack baby clothes. The packing party is from 9 a.m. to noon, April 21., at the Cary Park Clubhouse on Cary Glen Boulevard. She'll also accept donations of new or gently used clothing, hats and socks in sizes newborn to 12 months, along with small board books.

For more information and to RSVP, email Kodesh at nclovedtwice@yahoo.com.
