Final Cutest Baby Contest winner announced!
Natalie of Tarboro is the runner-up in the 13 to 24 month category.

Natalie, daughter of Brenda Ochoa of Tarboro, is the runner-up in the 13 to 24 month category. Natalie is Brenda's only child.
"Natalie is a blessing in my life!!," her mom tells me. "She loves to eat. She does a funny monkey face and loves Happy Meals from McDonald's! She is a spoiled baby by everyone!
Natalie joins our three other winners. They are:
- Connor Lee Ray of Rocky Mount, grand prize winner in the 0 to 12 month category.
- Bayden Maxwell of Sanford, grand prize winner in the 13 to 24 month category.
- Emma Lewis of Knightdale, runner-up in the 0 to 12 month category.
And, for the record, the original runner-up in the 13 to 24 month category never responded to my messages left by phone and email.
