Stroller skate this Thursday at Raleigh Winterfest

Rink a key to Raleigh's Winterfest

Many Mom's Morning Out and preschools are closed this week for the holidays. So here's a quick reminder that Raleigh's downtown ice rink is offering stroller skating from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Thursday (and every Thursday through Jan. 29).

You'll be able to push your baby in her stroller while you skate on the outdoor rink. I did it last year with my then one-year-old and had a blast even though I'm not very comfortable on the ice.

The cost is $8 and that includes skate rental. For details, click here.

And if you're not a strong skater, read my earlier post with tips from Polar Ice House.

This is such a cute idea! Too bad that I don't have little ones in strollers. :(
