Orange County launches new park locator

Orange County has a new online parks locator that lets you search for different amenities at parks.

The locator includes parks in Orange County, Carrboro, Chapel Hill, Hillsborough, and Mebane facilities within Orange County. It will let you enter up to three different amenities per search.

So if you were looking for a park with tennis courts, a playground and a paved walking trail, you could enter your criteria and find out that Anderson Park in Carrboro and Fairview Park in Hillsborough both meet your needs. You'll also find directions to the parks, website links and more.
