Candy Corn Pizza
1 package Fleschman's Pizza Yeast (I can only find it at Food Lion and Harris Teeter)
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups of flour
3 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Pizza sauce
1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Combine yeast, water, salt, sugar and oil in small bowl. Stir until yeast is dissolved. Add flour to the yeast mixture. Add more flour if needed to prevent dough from being overly sticky. Spread a small amount of flour onto a work surface and knead the dough for approx. five minutes. Press dough into a round pizza pan or onto parchment paper. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Grate cheese and set aside. Spread pizza lightly with sauce. place a small amount of mozzarella cheese in center of pizza. Between outer edge and the crust, place cheddar cheese in circular pattern. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cook 5 minutes. Slice into wedges - you'll have a wedge of pizza that looks like a wedge of candy corn! Enjoy!
